Object Action Interpreter

First shots of the object action interpreter. Actions can be (de)serialized into .NET objects and is a preparation for the IDE. This test run did not parse one of the floats correctly. Needs some work but getting there. Interpreted actions will allow for greater possibilities in object interaction and bot special effects creation.

With reflecting the object action interpreter to the GUI it becomes possible to instantly change actions on (multiple) object sets. Because the interpreter is object oriented, it is possible to save for example a MatFX setting to a template, so you can reuse certain pallets quickly. Here you see such a MatFX interaction in a property window.
